Build custom AI voice hardware with an experienced OEM/ODM partner. From concept validation to mass production, GMIC helps software companies launch branded hardware products without building an internal hardware team.
What is ODM vs OEM
Two ways to work with us, depending on what you bring.
You provide the design. We manufacture it.
Your design our production
We provide the hardware platform and customize it for your application.

Supplier Qualification & Partnership
Everything procurement teams need to know about working with GMIC — from experience and references to business terms.
GMIC is an AI hardware OEM/ODM company with manufacturing and engineering capabilities supported by our long-term factory and supply-chain team in China. We focus on purpose-built AI voice hardware, including wearable microphones, smart badges, voice recorders, AI scribe devices, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi audio devices, and customized voice-capture hardware. Our product portfolio includes MIC01, MIC02, MIC04, MIC05, MIC06, TR01, BC01, BZ01, Clinmic, Telalive, and Bizmic.
Yes. GMIC works with international clients, including companies and partners in the United States. Our U.S. presence supports business communication, sample coordination, and after-sales handling. Customer projects span AI voice companies, healthcare AI scribe solutions, field-service workflow tools, sales intelligence, and voice automation. We can provide relevant case studies or references under NDA.
MOQ depends on customization level. For existing platforms with light customization (logo, packaging, firmware), MOQ can be lower. For deeper ODM projects requiring new tooling and engineering, MOQ is usually higher. As a general reference, many customized projects start around 2,000 units, but final MOQ depends on product complexity.
Unit cost depends on product type, component selection, customization level, quantity, packaging, certification, and logistics. After reviewing your specification and quantity, GMIC provides an estimated BOM, tooling cost, NRE cost, sample cost, and unit price.
Common terms include a deposit before production and balance before shipment. For ODM projects, payment may include sample fee, NRE fee, tooling fee, production deposit, and balance. Payment via bank wire transfer or other agreed business methods. Final terms confirmed in quotation or contract.
Yes. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, functional defects, and hardware issues under normal use. Duration and specific terms are confirmed in the project agreement.
Yes. Support includes product guidance, firmware troubleshooting, device testing, replacement coordination, technical documentation, SDK/API support, issue diagnosis, and production batch tracking. U.S. customers benefit from faster communication through our local presence.
We follow a structured process: issue reporting with evidence → GMIC review and diagnosis → sample return for inspection if needed → repair, replacement, credit, or agreed solution for confirmed defects → root cause investigation and corrective action for batch issues.
We work best with partners who provide clear product requirements, defined use cases, expected order quantities and timelines, branding needs, technical requirements for integration, timely feedback during development, and long-term business potential. GMIC's role is to help turn your product concept into reliable, manufacturable AI hardware.
Yes. We sign NDAs before discussing product concepts, proprietary technologies, firmware requirements, AI workflows, or manufacturing plans.
For core device functions (firmware, BLE behavior, Wi-Fi, recording control, OTA, SDK/API integration), we provide direct engineering support. For larger software systems (mobile apps, cloud dashboards, AI platforms), we work with your software team or coordinate with trusted development partners. Our main strength is hardware, embedded firmware, device integration, and manufacturable product execution.
