If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive messages, or if you contact us in a business context where a text response is appropriate, GMIC AI INC may send conversational or transactional SMS messages related to your inquiry, appointment, demo, support request, or business relationship.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
GMIC does not use this messaging program for unsolicited bulk marketing. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and SMS Communication Policy.
4. AI Outputs and Demo Limitations
Our AI demos, transcripts, summaries, work orders, recommendations, call notes, and other AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular use. They are provided for business review and convenience only.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before relying on them. Do not use demo outputs as the sole basis for operational, legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other important decisions without appropriate human review.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the website and services only for lawful business purposes, and avoid interfering with the security, availability, or operation of our systems. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account, link, credential, demo access, file, or communication we provide to you.
6. Customer Data and Consent Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, notices, and consents before submitting recordings, conversations, call data, transcripts, customer information, employee information, vendor information, confidential information, or third-party data to GMIC.
If your project involves recording, transcribing, analyzing, or summarizing conversations, you are responsible for complying with applicable notice, consent, privacy, employment, telecommunications, and recording laws that apply to your use case and participants.
GMIC does not use customer confidential information to train public AI models unless expressly authorized by the customer in writing or through another clear approved process.
7. Intellectual Property
GMIC and its licensors retain ownership of our website, designs, software, workflows, templates, documentation, methods, know-how, demos, trademarks, logos, and other materials we create or provide, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
You retain ownership of information, files, instructions, project materials, and other content you provide to GMIC, subject to the rights and permissions needed for us to respond to your inquiry, provide services, operate demos, and fulfill agreed business purposes.
No rights are transferred unless expressly stated in a signed agreement. Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by GMIC without restriction or compensation, unless we separately agree otherwise in writing.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, communications, SMS delivery, scheduling, analytics after consent, security, support, payment processing, AI infrastructure, and other business operations. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy practices, availability limits, and security controls.
GMIC is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not mean that GMIC endorses or controls those services.
9. No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GMIC provides the website, demos, communications, AI-assisted outputs, and related services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, accurate, or suitable for your intended purpose.
GMIC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed by law.
10. Limitation of Liability

11. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our website, demos, communications, or services if we believe there is misuse, security risk, nonpayment, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement risk, or another operational or business reason that requires action.
You may stop using our website and services at any time. SMS recipients may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or the public website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, and the parties consent to those courts for that purpose.
