Customer Notifications and SMS Consent
Why you may receive a message from GMIC and how to manage SMS preferences.
Last Updated: May 20, 2026
This page explains GMIC AI INC's customer notification and SMS consent practices. It is informational and does not create a separate contract beyond our Terms of Service or any written agreement.
1. Why You May Receive a Message
You may receive an SMS from GMIC AI INC if you called us, requested a demo, submitted a project inquiry, scheduled a meeting, contacted customer support, provided your mobile number for business follow-up, or contacted us regarding AI voice solutions, wearable microphone systems, Telalive, Hearit.ai, hardware, ODM/OEM, or related business services.
We may also send a text response when you contact our business number or when a text message is a practical way to respond to your inquiry, appointment, demo, or support request.
2. Message Types
GMIC messages may include missed call responses, appointment reminders, demo scheduling and follow-up, technical coordination, customer support updates, business inquiry responses, wearable microphone solution follow-ups, AI voice workflow coordination, and customer-specific resource or demo summary links.
Message content is limited to the business relationship, inquiry, demo, support request, appointment, or project context that led to the communication.
3. Consent and Opt-In
You may opt in to SMS by submitting a website form with SMS consent, providing your mobile number during a business interaction, requesting a demo or support response, calling our business number, scheduling a meeting, or otherwise communicating with GMIC in a context where a text response is appropriate.
Example consent disclosure:
By submitting this form, you agree to receive conversational and transactional text messages from GMIC AI INC related to your inquiry, demo, appointment, support request, or business relationship. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. Opt-Out and Help
Reply STOP to opt out. After you reply STOP, GMIC will process the opt-out request for the applicable messaging program and will not send further SMS messages unless you later re-initiate communication or provide renewed consent where appropriate.
Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at trigg@gmic.ai or (669) 900-0008.
5. Privacy
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use service providers solely to operate the messaging program, deliver messages, maintain records, provide support, host services, protect systems, or comply with law. For more information, see our Privacy Policy and SMS Communication Policy.
