3. AI Voice, Call, Demo, and Support Data
Depending on the service or demonstration, we may process voice inputs, call metadata, recordings, transcripts, summaries, demo prompts, demo inputs, support communications, work order details, and related technical information. We use this information to provide demonstrations, troubleshoot issues, evaluate business requirements, prepare follow-up materials, and improve the reliability of our business services.
AI-generated summaries, transcripts, work orders, recommendations, or demo outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are provided for business review and convenience and should be reviewed by a qualified person before being used for operational, legal, medical, financial, safety, or other important decisions.
GMIC does not use customer confidential information to train public AI models unless the customer expressly authorizes that use in writing or through another clear approved process.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, coordinate demos, provide customer support, evaluate project requirements, operate and improve our website and services, manage business relationships, send service-related communications, maintain records, protect our systems, and comply with applicable law.
We may also use information to prepare demo summaries, customer-specific resource links, support responses, technical follow-up, and business communications related to AI voice solutions, wearable microphone systems, ODM/OEM projects, Telalive, Hearit.ai, or related services.
5. SMS and Mobile Information
GMIC may collect and use mobile phone numbers for customer communication, missed call follow-up, appointment scheduling, demo coordination, support responses, and business communication.
If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive messages, or if you contact us in a business context where a text response is appropriate, GMIC may send conversational or transactional SMS messages related to your inquiry, appointment, demo, support request, or business relationship.
